TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor is to provide the basic services of service phases 1 to 3 and optionally the basic services of service phases 4 to 8 as well as optionally all special services pursuant to AHO booklet no. 25 "Services for Construction Logistics" (status March 2011) for the planning and implementation of construction logistics in the construction project "Conversion and Extension - The Concert Hall 'Die Glocke'". Due to the central inner-city location, only a very limited area is available for the construction site setup. The immediate proximity to Domsheide as Bremen's central traffic hub with a high frequency of bus and tram traffic must be given special consideration in the planning. Likewise, consideration must be given to the adjacent residential development located to the rear on Sandstraße. The copper beech standing in the rear property area must be protected and preserved throughout the entire construction period.
