TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall provide the basic services of performance phases 1 to 3 and optionally the basic services of performance phases 4 to 8 as well as optionally all special services according to AHO booklet No. 25 "Services for Construction Logistics" (status March 2011) for the planning and implementation of construction logistics in the construction project "Conversion and Extension - The Concert Hall 'Die Glocke'". Due to the central inner-city location, only a very limited area is available for the construction site setup. The immediate proximity to Domsheide as Bremen's central transport hub with a high frequency of bus and tram traffic must be particularly taken into account in the planning. Likewise, consideration must be given to the adjacent residential buildings located at the rear on Sandstraße. The copper beech tree standing in the rear property area must be protected and preserved throughout the entire construction period.
