TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation and extension of the Bautzen district music school. The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and extended into the district music school. The existing building (former building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and reorganised spatially in order to meet the new requirements. A concert hall will be connected as a new build to the rear of the existing building. (Total usable floor area approx. 1,870 m2). Furthermore, as part of the same scope, the external facilities will be extensively redesigned and thus planned to suit the new use.
