TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction project: district music school Bautzen. The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and expanded into the district music school. The existing building (1912 original building with extension from 2001) will be preserved and reorganized spatially in order to meet the new requirements. On the rear side of the existing building, a concert hall will be attached as new construction. (Total usable floor area approx. 1,870 m2). In the same process, the outdoor facilities will also be extensively redesigned and thus planned to suit the new use.
