TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction project: Kreis music school Bautzen. The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted into and extended for the Kreis music school. The existing building (former building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and restructured spatially in order to meet the new requirements. A concert hall will be attached as a new-build construction at the rear of the existing building. (Total usable area approx. 1,870 m2). In addition, the outdoor facilities will be extensively redesigned in the same process and planned to suit the new use.
