TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kreis Music School Bautzen. The former administration building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and extended into the Kreis Music School. The existing building (former building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and reorganised spatially to meet the new requirements. A concert hall as a new-build is connected at the rear to the existing building. (Total usable floor area approx. 1870 m2). In addition, the outdoor facilities are extensively redesigned as part of the same scope and thus planned to suit the new use.
