TENDER DESCRIPTION

Bautzen County Music School. The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and extended into a county music school. The existing building (existing building dating from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and rearranged spatially in order to meet the new requirements. On the rear side, a concert hall will be attached as a new-build to the existing building. (Total usable floor area approx. 1,870 m2). In the same context, the exterior facilities will also be extensively redesigned and thus planned to suit the new use.
