TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the conversion and extension of the Henry-Miller-School in Brackenheim. The extension to the Henry-Miller-School was erected in 1991 and, despite various renovation measures, no longer meets current energy-related requirements. The city of Brackenheim therefore intends to plan and construct a new building and to carry out modification measures in the existing building. The contract being tendered includes: basic services in accordance with Annex 10 to § 34(4) HOAI; service phases 1 to 9, awarded in stages, initially up to service phase 1 to 4. Further details can be found in the description of services. The description of services is the basis for preparing the offers and for the later provision of services. A funding application under the School Construction Funding VwV SchulBau BW has been submitted for the intended construction measure. The execution of the measure is shaped by the funding-law framework conditions that must be taken into account in planning and implementation.
