Umbau und Erweiterung Henry-Miller-Schule

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project concerns the renovation and extension of the Henry-Miller-School in Brackenheim. The extension to the Henry-Miller-School was built in 1991 and, despite various renovation measures, no longer meets current energy efficiency requirements. The City of Brackenheim therefore intends to plan and construct a new building and to carry out conversion/renovation measures in the existing building. The contract being tendered includes: basic services in accordance with Annex 10 to § 34(4) HOAI; service phases 1 to 9, with phased commissioning, initially up to service phases 1 to 4. Further details can be found in the description of services. The description of services is the basis for preparation of tenders and for the later provision of services. For the intended construction measure, funding under the VwV SchulBau BW (administrative provision on school construction funding) has been applied for. The implementation of the measure is shaped by the funding-related framework conditions that must be taken into account in planning and execution.
