TENDER DESCRIPTION
Conversion and extension of Medico-Palais New Town Hall The Medico-Palais in the Alten Kurpark of the city of Bad Soden am Taunus was built in 1912 and was at that time the largest inhalatorium in Europe. The building is protected as a listed cultural heritage monument. After it has been vacant since 2019, it is now to be repurposed as an administrative site. This will enable the city of Bad Soden am Taunus to move a large part of its city administration into the three-storey Medico-Palais. Roofing contractor works: • Re-roofing the roof area with slate • Installation of a maintenance walkway and fall protection
