TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned measure includes the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of the existing school site in Hattstedt. The aim is to create additional space capacity, to reorganise individual areas functionally, and to modernise the existing structure technically and in terms of building work to the current state of the art and in line with school construction guidelines. The preliminary cost estimate amounts to EUR 5,945,258.82 net (KG 300 + 400). This breaks down into approx. EUR 3,877,723.53 net for KG 300 and approx. EUR 2,067,535.29 net for KG 400. The above construction cost upper limit of in total EUR 5,945,258.82 net is to be understood as a value to which the design must be aligned in all design stages and which is already to be checked in the preliminary design stage for its feasibility. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to take part in the competition that cover the scope of services for object planning for buildings and interior spaces and that have implemented similar measures in the past either as sole applicants or within a project team.
