TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract notice is sanitary works in connection with the conversion and modernisation of the administrative building at Mainzer Straße 26, 55411 Bingen am Rhein. The existing sanitary areas will, for the most part, be comprehensively renovated or restored at their current locations. The scope of services includes in particular the manufacture or renewal of potable water installations made of stainless steel and multilayer composite pipes, as well as of foul and rainwater pipelines. In addition, taps/valves, sanitary fixtures and fittings, including barrier-free equipment, installation components and pumps are to be supplied and installed. The services also include pipe insulation, fire protection fire-stopping/sleeves (fire stopping closures), proper installation, testing and commissioning, as well as the preparation of the required documentation, in particular pressure test reports, as-built drawings and fire protection documentation (fire protection documentation relating to fire-stopping).
