TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is sanitary works in connection with the conversion and modernization of the administrative building Mainzer Straße 26, 55411 Bingen am Rhein. The existing sanitary areas are, for the most part, to be comprehensively renovated or restored at their existing locations. The scope of performance includes in particular the manufacture and/or renewal of potable water installations made of stainless steel and multilayer composite pipe, as well as of foul water and rainwater pipework. In addition, fittings, sanitary fixtures including barrier-free equipment, mounting elements and pumps are to be supplied and installed. The scope of services also includes pipe insulation, fire protection penetrations (firestopping) closures, proper installation, tests and commissioning, as well as preparation of the required documentation, in particular pressure test reports, as-built records and fire protection documentation.
