TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender comprises heating, ventilation, refrigeration and measurement, control and regulation (MSR) work as part of the conversion and modernization of the former savings bank building for use as administration by the City of Bingen am Rhein, Mainzer Straße 26, 55411 Bingen am Rhein. The scope of performance in particular includes the supply and installation of heat pumps as well as heating and refrigeration distribution systems, radiators and room cooling units. In addition, room air-handling systems are to be built, including air ducts and air lines, as well as a purge air ventilation system. The measuring, control and regulation technology includes, among other things, field devices, automation stations and control cabinets. The scope of performance also includes installation planning, insulation and fire protection works, commissioning and adjustment, functional measurements, commissioning, documentation and maintenance services.
