TENDER DESCRIPTION
Building design in performance phases 1 - 9 in accordance with § 33 et seq. HOAI The service content shall include all basic services of the individual performance phases in accordance with Annex 10 (to § 34(4), § 35(7)) HOAI. On the basis of Annex 10 HOAI, this measure is assigned to fee zone III. It is intended to place the commission in stages: - Stage 1: performance phases 1 to 4 in accordance with § 34 HOAI - Stage 2: performance phases 5 to 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI Special services The following special services are to be provided for the planning: - Surveying - Preparation of a geotechnical report
