TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the building cleaning works. These include the interim construction cleaning as a rough cleaning, as well as the final construction cleaning consisting of rough and fine cleaning of the new building parts introduced into the church interior. These include, besides the wooden galleries and the associated floor areas and parapets, also the steel stairs and window surfaces of the fire protection wall and the elevator glazing. The interim construction cleaning must be carried out in two passes. These are listed in the tender documents as independent items "Interim Construction Cleaning – 1st Pass" and "Interim Construction Cleaning – 2nd Pass". The quantities specified correspond to the single cleaning area of the respective pass; unit prices are to be calculated per pass. The order is made by the contracting authority with a lead time of 10 working days according to construction progress. Different scopes of work result from the respective positions for the two passes.
