TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is building cleaning work. This includes interim construction cleaning as rough cleaning, as well as final construction cleaning consisting of coarse and fine cleaning of the new building components brought into the church space. This includes, in addition to the wooden galleries and the associated floor surfaces and parapets, the steel stairs and window surfaces of the fire protection wall and the elevator glazing. The interim construction cleaning is to be carried out in two passes. These are listed in the tender as independent items "Interim Construction Cleaning – 1st Pass" and "Interim Construction Cleaning – 2nd Pass." The quantities indicated correspond to the simple area to be cleaned for each respective pass; unit prices are to be calculated per pass. The call-off is made by the client with a lead time of 10 working days according to construction progress. Differing scopes of service for the two passes result from the respective positions.
