TENDER DESCRIPTION
The listed former barracks building 4004, Ludwigshöhviertel, is being converted into a family center and will receive new exterior doors and wooden windows as part of a core renovation measure. Installation shall be carried out on a one-to-one replacement basis so that the building is not exposed to weather and the openings do not have to be provisionally closed. The 98 variously sized windows must be manufactured as wooden sash windows (Wiener Sprossen) under monument protection regulations (production of a sample window). They will be installed behind the sandstone frames of the individual floors and as dormer windows in the roof area. The sun protection installed on the windows will be executed as a screen and is positioned between the sandstone frames and the window frame. The execution of the exterior window sills will also be subject to monument protection requirements. The 3 exterior doors on the south side are likewise planned as wooden doors. The interior window sills will be installed with an interruption period.
