TENDER DESCRIPTION
The listed protected existing building of the family centre Ludwigshöhviertel will, as part of a major refurbishment, be comprehensively converted and equipped with new technical installations. The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction of building automation / BMS and control and measurement and control (MSR) technology for the control, regulation, monitoring and operation of the central technical systems of the building. For this purpose, a central automation hub ASP 01 will be installed in the RLT UG_006 room in the basement. The automation will be implemented vendor-neutral on the basis of BACnet/IP. An automation station with associated input and output modules, switchgear cabinet engineering as well as a local operator and monitoring level is planned. Operation of the technical systems is carried out via a 21" panel PC / touch display integrated into the switchgear cabinet door. The automation station is operated as an independent system, is web-enabled and will be connected to the building network, enabling remote access via IP.
