TENDER DESCRIPTION
The listed existing building of the Family Center Ludwigshöhviertel will be comprehensively converted and technically re-equipped as part of a core refurbishment. The subject of this tender is the installation of building automation / BMS and control and measurement technology (GLT/MSR) for controlling, regulating, monitoring, and operating the building’s central technical installations. For this purpose, a central automation focus point ASP 01 will be established in the room RLT UG_006 in the basement. The automation will be implemented vendor-neutral on the basis of BACnet/IP. An automation station with associated input and output modules, switchgear cabinet engineering, and a local operating and observation level are planned. Operation of the technical installations will be carried out via a 21" panel PC / touchscreen integrated into the switchgear cabinet door. The automation station will be operated as a stand-alone system, will be web-capable, and will be connected to the building network, enabling remote access via IP.
