TENDER DESCRIPTION

The heritage-protected existing building of the Family Centre Ludwigshöhviertel will be extensively converted and provided with new technical equipment as part of a comprehensive core refurbishment. The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete renewal of the sanitary and heating systems in the basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd upper floors. Sanitary installations The potable water installation within the building will be completely rebuilt. A new cold-water distribution system made of stainless steel pipe is planned to all consumption points. Domestic hot water generation will be provided locally at the respective demand points; a central hot-water distribution system is not planned. To ensure hygienic operation of the potable water installation, automatic hygienic flushing units will be installed at the specified locations. The sanitary areas will be fully equipped in accordance with the planning with the required sanitary fixtures and fittings. These include, among other things, WC facilities, wash basins, urinals, showers, discharge basins, as well as other required connections.
