TENDER DESCRIPTION

The conversion and renovation of the former barracks building 4004 into a family centre is planned, including the integration of a youth centre and rooms for community work, as well as the design of new outdoor open-space facilities on the exterior site. The building will be fully refurbished at core level and will include a basement and three upper storeys. A lift installation will be installed centrally within the building. This will enable barrier-free access. As part of the core refurbishment, the electrical system for cost groups 440 and 450 will be newly created. The high-current supply systems with main and sub-distribution boards will be completely rebuilt. The building will receive a fire alarm system and will be equipped with a structured data network. As part of the electrical installations, the supply of the building automation is also planned. The exterior windows will be replaced in consultation with heritage/monument protection and will be provided with an electrically controlled and operated external solar shading system.
