TENDER DESCRIPTION

The conversion and refurbishment of the former barracks building 4004 into a family centre with the integration of a youth centre and rooms for community work, as well as the design of new outdoor open-space facilities on the exterior, are planned. The building will be fully refurbished down to the core and comprises a basement and three upper floors. A lift system will be installed centrally in the building. This will create barrier-free access. As part of the core refurbishment, the electrical system for cost groups 440 and 450 will be newly built. The systems for the low-voltage power supply with main and sub-distribution boards will be completely rebuilt. The building will receive a fire alarm system and will be equipped with a structured data network. As part of the electrical installations, provision will also be made for the supply of building automation. The external windows will be renewed in coordination with heritage protection and will be fitted with an electrically controlled and operated external solar shading.
