TENDER DESCRIPTION

The listed existing building of the Family Centre Ludwigshöhviertel will, as part of a comprehensive core renovation, be extensively converted and fitted with new equipment. The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete re-establishment of the air handling systems for parts of the ground floor as well as the 1st and 2nd upper floors. Mechanical supply and extract ventilation is intended in particular for areas where, due to sound insulation requirements, natural ventilation via the windows is not possible or not possible sufficiently. To supply the relevant areas, three central AHU (air handling unit) systems will be newly installed. The units will be placed in the basement storey. From the AHU systems, a completely new air distribution network is to be created using rectangular and round air ducts to the individual areas of use. Depending on the spatial situation, different supply and extract air openings or air outlets will be used. Outdoor air and exhaust air routing will take place via the provided areas of the facade or outdoor windows.
