TENDER DESCRIPTION
The listed existing building of the Ludwigshöhviertel family center will, as part of a major refurbishment (core refurbishment), be comprehensively rebuilt and provided with new technical equipment. The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete reinstatement of the air handling and ventilation systems for parts of the ground floor and the 1st and 2nd floors. Mechanical intake and exhaust ventilation is provided in particular for areas where, due to the requirements of sound insulation, natural ventilation through the windows is not possible or not possible to an adequate extent. To supply the relevant areas, three central AHU systems (RLT systems) will be newly installed. The equipment will be installed in the basement level. From the AHU systems, a completely new air distribution duct network is to be created using rectangular and circular air ducts to the individual areas of use. Depending on the spatial situation, different supply and exhaust air openings or air outlets will be used.
