TENDER DESCRIPTION
The heritage-protected building of the future family centre Ludwigshöhviertel will receive a new internal fit-out as part of a comprehensive refurbishment measure. Contaminant remediation of the building has already been carried out on site. Heritage protection consists mainly of the outside (façade, windows, roof). Inside, only the existing staircases are to be retained in terms of heritage protection. In an execution period of approximately 31 weeks, the following works are to be carried out, including making various finishing and closing elements, openings, cut-outs, openings, reinforcements etc.: - Interior walls, including inspection panels (6 pieces) and door and window openings (146 pieces) - Aprons (approx. 40 m²), - Partition walls thickness 100 to 250 mm (approx. 1,195 m²), - Lining panels thickness 100 to 125 mm (approx. 528 m²), - Shaft walls thickness 100 to 150 mm (approx. 55 m²), - Suspended ceilings and ceiling linings, partly as a load-bearing suspended ceiling, with different drop heights including inspection panels (54 pieces) as an acoustic ceiling made of gypsum perforated-board panels with jointed edge trim/frieze (approx. 1,185 m²), as a smooth…
