TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter consists of object planning services for buildings and interiors pursuant to §§ 33 et seq., 34 HOAI 2021 for the conversion and refurbishment of the former Evangelical parish community centre in Plankstadt. The building was constructed in 1925 and was converted in the years 1957, 1983, 1984 and 1995. The ground floor and the basement are to be converted and upgraded for full-day childcare for primary school children from the Friedrichschule. Planned in particular are childcare areas, a cafeteria/meal service, kitchen functions and ancillary and/or sanitary areas. A small portion of the use serves the provision of meals for a day nursery. At the same time, an energy-efficient refurbishment of the building envelope of the entire building is planned, in particular the roof, façade and windows/doors. The building services installations are to be renewed and the building connected to the district heating supply. The two upper floors contain rented apartments and are not available for the conversion of the childcare use.
