Umbau und Sanierung Museumserweiterung Schloss Rochsburg - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS - Anlagengruppe 1 - 3, 7, 8

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Mittelsachsen district authority intends to carry out the conversion and renovation, Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg. Overall cost framework (KG 200-600): currently approx. EUR 18.43 million gross; building costs (KG 300+400): approx. EUR 15.18 million gross. The contracting authority intends to commission the service phases 2 to 9 of the specialist planning for building services – HLS (systems group 1-3,7,8) in accordance with HOAI § 53 et seq. in conjunction with Appendix 15. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the contractual conditions and according to individual service phases. Upon completion of the Open Procedure, contractually service level I is to be commissioned: service phases 2 to 3 as well as special services. Subsequently, the following service phases are to be commissioned in stages—individually or as a whole—together with special services. If the tendered service phases 2-9 are commissioned, the contract end is expected to be in 04/2035 (completion of LPH 8).
