TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Mittelsachsen district office intends to carry out the conversion and renovation, Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg. Overall cost framework (KG 200-600): currently approx. EUR 18.43 million gross, construction works costs (KG 300+400): approx. EUR 15.18 million gross. The contracting authority intends to commission service phases 2 to 9 of the service Specialist planning of technical building equipment – HLS (technical systems groups 1-3,7,8) pursuant to HOAI § 53 et seq. in conjunction with Annex 15. The award will be made in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions as well as after individual service phases. Upon completion of the Open Procedure, the contract will award service level I: service phases 2 to 3 as well as special services. Subsequently, the following service phases are to be commissioned in stages—individually or as a whole—together with special services. If the advertised service phases 2-9 are awarded, the contract end is expected to be in 04/2035 (completion of LPH 8).
