Umbau und Sanierung Rössle Stadt Villingen-Schwenningen - Planerauswahlverfahren Fachplanung HLS & MSR

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Villingen-Schwenningen pursues the objective of redesigning the former Rössle site in the inner-city area of Schwenningen and developing it for the future in an urban-planning context. The existing building has been vacant for several years and does not meet the requirements for modern and sustainable inner-city use either in functional terms or in terms of building structure. Against the background of the long-term urban development goals and the intended revitalization of the inner city of Schwenningen, the city has acquired the property in order to create the conditions for sustainable continued use and/or comprehensive new development of the site (see also project description in the tender documents). The existing building is currently unoccupied. The project planning is carried out directly by the City of Villingen-Schwenningen. Based on the current assessment, the project will be implemented in sections. These are not yet defined. Therefore, for the calculation of effort and fees, an initial project implementation of six years is to be assumed.
