Umbau und Sanierung Rössle Stadt Villingen-Schwenningen - Planerauswahlverfahren Tragwerksplanung

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Villingen-Schwenningen aims to re-plan the former Rössle site in the Schwenningen city centre from an urban development perspective and to develop it for the future. The existing building has been vacant for several years and, both functionally and in terms of construction, does not meet the requirements for modern and sustainable use in the city centre. Against the background of the long-term urban development objectives as well as the intended revitalisation of the Schwenningen city centre, the city has acquired the site in order to create the conditions for sustainable re-use and/or comprehensive redevelopment of the location (see also project description in the tender documents). The existing building is currently vacant. The project planning is carried out directly by the city of Villingen-Schwenningen. Based on the current assessment, the project will be implemented in sections. These are currently not defined. Therefore, for the cost and fee calculation, a preliminary project implementation period of six years is to be assumed.
