Demolition works: - Remove and dispose of 50 m² of paving surface - Dismantle and interim-store 80 m of existing fence - Dismantle and dispose of 140 m of existing fence - Break down and dispose of 40 m of retaining wall 2. Civil engineering works: - 130 m³ soil excavation, t= 65 cm - 85 m trench excavation - Form 430 m² subgrade 3. Roads, paths, built-in components: - Construct 430 m² paving covering, water-permeable - Lay 65 m depth kerb - Construct 35 m² drip edge strip - Lay 12 m box gutters - Erect 40 m retaining wall made of palisades 4.
