TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure legal certainty during the planning approval procedure (PFV), the outdated nature-conservation expert documents must be revised. In parallel, revisions/adjustments/comparisons regarding land availability/land acquisition and the updating of the technical planning (hydraulics, fish reference biocenosis, DIN regulations etc.) are necessary. The services include reviewing the existing documents, such as the approval planning for technical planning, the geotechnical report, and nature-conservation expert planning such as the LBP, the AFB, and the UVP report. Based on this, the documents are to be updated. In this context, basic services and special services in accordance with HOAI 2021 are to be provided for - Object planning (OP) for engineering structures, service phases 3-4, - Structural engineering planning (TWP) service phases 2-4, - Landscape management accompanying plan (LBP) service phases 2-4, - Environmental impact assessment report (UVP) service phases 2-4.
