TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to ensure legal certainty during the planning approval procedure (PFV), the outdated nature-conservation specialist documents must be revised. In parallel, revisions/adaptations/matching regarding availability of areas/land acquisition and the updating of the technical planning (hydraulics, fish reference biocenosis, DIN regulations etc.) are necessary. The services include reviewing the existing documents, such as the approval planning for technical planning, the geotechnical report, and nature-conservation specialist planning such as LBP, AFB and the UVP report. Based on this, the documents are to be updated. In this context, the base services and special services in accordance with HOAI 2021 must be provided for object planning (OP) engineering structures phases 3-4, structural engineering planning (TWP) phases 2-4, landscape maintenance companion plan (LBP) phases 2-4, environmental impact report (UVP) phases 2-4. In parallel, the species protection legal expert contribution (AFB) is to be updated and a preliminary review of the prohibition of deterioration (WRRL) is to be carried out.
