Comprehensive transport-planning and urban-development reorganisation of the West city entrance in Bingen prior to the start of the 2029 Federal Garden Show, including demolition of a pedestrian underpass, construction of a traffic-calming junction (KVP), relocation of the road "Fruchtmarkt" including open-space facilities between Nahe bridge and level crossing with reconfiguration and visual enhancement, comprehensive renewal of Gerbhausstraße between Freidhof and Fruchtmarkt and of Amtsstraße between Fruchtmarkt and Badergasse, reconfiguration of the Gerbhaus parking lot, Laternenplatz and Freidhof, reconfiguration of the Fruchtmarkt/Salzstraße level crossing with parts of Museumsstraße, barrier-free conversion of the ramps on both sides of the railway underpass in extension of Gerbhausstraße, renewal of the drainage channel and the water main in Gerbhausstraße in open construction method.
