TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive traffic-planning and urban-development reorganisation of the West town entrance in Bingen prior to the start of the Bundesgartenschau 2029, including demolition of a pedestrian underpass, construction of a KVP, realignment of the road "Fruchtmarkt" incl. open-space facilities between Nahe bridge and the level crossing with reconfiguration and visual enhancement, full-scale renewal of Gerbhausstraße between Freidhof and Fruchtmarkt and Amtsstraße between Fruchtmarkt and Badergasse, reconfiguration of the Gerbhaus car park, Laternenplatz and Freidhof, reconfiguration of the Fruchtmarkt/Salzstraße level crossing with parts of Museumsstraße, barrier-free conversion of the ramps on both sides of the railway underpass as an extension of Gerbhausstraße, renewal of the drainage channel and the water main in Gerbhausstraße using open construction methods.
