TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Heinsberg awards the structural engineering planning (HOAI service phases 1 to 6) for the conversion of the former elementary school in Unterbruch (Anton-Loevenich-Straße 6, 52525 Heinsberg) into a multi-generational citizens’ centre. Among other things, the plan includes association rooms, a training room, a youth meeting point and a childcare facility on the ground floor, whose specific orientation (probably an inclusive kindergarten) currently still needs to be coordinated with a new user. The project is funded under the funding programme REVIER.GESTALTEN - energy-efficient refurbishment of municipal buildings (grant approval has been granted). Due to the limited funding period, completion of the building must take place by a fixed date of 31.12.2029. The contract is awarded in stages.
