TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Heinsberg awards the structural engineering planning (HOAI performance phases 1 to 6) for the conversion of the former Unterbruch primary school (Anton-Loevenich-Straße 6, 52525 Heinsberg) into a multi-generational citizens’ centre. Among others, the plan includes association rooms, a training room, a youth meeting place as well as a childcare facility on the ground floor, the specific alignment (probably an integrative kindergarten) of which still needs to be coordinated with a new user. The project is funded under the funding programme REVIER.GESTALTEN – energy-efficient refurbishment of municipal buildings (funding approval is in place). Due to the limited funding period, completion of the building must be at a fixed date of 31.12.2029. The contract is awarded in stages.
