TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is services for building and interior planning pursuant to § 33 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 9, for phased contracting. Various Special Services may also be commissioned. - - - The Josefistift at Bahnhofstraße 3, 83646 Bad Tölz, which has previously been used as an old-age and nursing home, will be vacated in summer 2027 due to the construction of a new nursing home at General-Patton-Straße in Bad Tölz. The east and west wings of the Josefistift (each from ground floor to 3rd floor) were built with a single-storey connecting building in the years 1964 to 1968. In the years 2003 and 2004, the connecting building was extended upwards so that it extends across all floors. After the nursing home operator moves into the new nursing home, the building is to be put to a new use. The municipal council of the City of Bad Tölz has decided that on the upper floors only apartments are to be created in the building. On the ground floor, in addition to further apartments, areas for “social” uses and a commercial unit are to be created.
