TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is building and interior planning services in accordance with § 33 ff. HOAI 2021, HOAI service phases 1 to 9, with phased commissioning. Various Special Services may also be commissioned. - - - The Josefistift at Bahnhofstraße 3, 83646 Bad Tölz, which has previously been used as an old people’s and nursing home, will become available through the construction of a new nursing home at General-Patton-Straße in Bad Tölz in the summer of 2027. The east and west wings of the Josefistift (each from ground floor to 3rd floor) were built with a single-storey connecting building in the years 1964 to 1968. In the years 2003 and 2004, the connecting building was extended upwards so that it extends across all floors. After the nursing home operator moves into the new nursing home, the building is to be put to a new use. The City Council of the City of Bad Tölz has decided that, in the upper floors, exclusively apartments are to be created.
