TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of service support for Palo Alto devices. 2) The description of the contracting authority's needs and the characteristics of the subject of the contract as well as the minimum requirements regarding the subject of the contract/performance of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and must be met by all offers, are specified in Part II of the OPIW, with the proviso that at the stage of the contract announcement a shortened description of the needs and requirements of the contract will be made available – pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). Contractors are obliged to submit confidentiality statements together with the request to participate in the procedure (templates in Part III of the OPIW). Acting pursuant to Article 381(9) and Article 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority establishes requirements concerning the confidentiality of information provided to Contractors during the procedure.
