TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of service support for Palo Alto devices. 2) The description of the contracting authority's needs and characteristic features of the subject of the contract as well as the minimum requirements related to the subject of the contract/contract performance, which are not subject to negotiation and must be met by all offers, are specified in Part II of the Terms of Reference (OPIW), with the proviso that at the stage of contract announcement a shortened description of needs and requirements will be provided – pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). Contractors are obliged to submit confidentiality declarations together with the request to participate in the procedure (templates in Part III of the Terms of Reference). Acting pursuant to Article 381 paragraph 9 and Article 133 paragraph 3 of the Law, the Contracting Authority establishes requirements regarding the confidentiality of information provided to Contractors during the procedure.
