TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the selection of intermediaries for the acquisition and delivery to the Units of all types of licences, including in the form of subscriptions to the Manufacturer’s Vmware software or equivalent software, specified in the Manufacturer’s Price List, within the product categories indicated in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, together with technical support, and the provision of the Manufacturer’s expert support Services and the Contractor’s consulting support Services in relation to the supplied Manufacturer’s software. 2. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules and conditions concerning contracts (to be awarded and performed on the basis of implementing agreements), which may be awarded during the period of validity of the framework agreement indicated in Part IV of the SWZ. 3.
