TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services described below shall be provided in accordance with the HOAI 2021 service profiles. The contracting authority has already provided qualified preliminary services. These preliminary services must be taken over by the contractor without fail as binding planning basis and continued. The fee will be reduced by the percentage points already provided pursuant to Section 8 of HOAI. The fee is based on the service profiles of the currently valid HOAI. Proportional fee deductions by the bidder are permissible within the scope of the competition. Pursuant to HOAI Part 3, Section 3: Engineering structures in service phases 1 to 6 - LPH 1 (determination of baseline data): 90 % provided. Remaining service (10 %) to be provided by the contractor. - LPH 2 (preliminary planning): 90 % provided. Remaining service (10 %) to be provided by the contractor. - LPH 3 (design planning): 50 % provided. Repetition of the entire LPH 3 due to deviation from the previously planned pumping technology.
