TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following are to be provided in accordance with the performance profiles of HOAI 2021. The contracting authority has already provided qualified preliminary services. These preliminary services must be taken over by the contractor without fail as binding planning basis and must be continued. The remuneration is reduced by the percentage points already provided in accordance with § 8 HOAI. The fee is based on the performance profiles of the currently valid HOAI. Percentage-based fee reductions by the bidder are permissible within the scope of the competition. According to HOAI Part 3 Object Planning in Section 3: Engineering structures in performance phases 1 to 6 for - LPH 1 (basic information/requirements gathering): 90% completed. Remaining scope (10%) to be provided by the contractor (AN). - LPH 2 (preliminary planning): 90% completed. Remaining scope (10%) to be provided by the contractor (AN). - LPH 3 (design planning): 50% completed. Repetition of the entire LPH 3 due to the deviation from the pump technology planned up to now.
