Subject matter of the procedure The subject matter of the procurement procedure is the award of a framework service contract for the long-term support of the joint Project Management Office (PMO) in the 4ÜNB project "Deutscher Kapazitätsmarkt (KaMa)". The service includes organisational, methodological and administrative support for the project management, as well as project governance in the implementation, roll-out and operational pre-preparation phase of the capacity market. The contracting authority is TenneT TSO GmbH on behalf of the 4ÜNB. The framework service contract is initially concluded for a term of one year. In addition, there are extension options for a further year each time, up to a total of seven times, so that a maximum contract term of eight years can be achieved. The estimated contract value is 600 TEUR per year.
