TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the planning services for the construction and commissioning of a heat pump at the wastewater treatment plant with a thermal output of approx. 13 MW, which extracts heat from the treated wastewater and connects it to the district heating network. The scope of services includes the basic services of service phases 5 to 8 in accordance with §§ 55ff and Appendix 12 HOAI for the system itself, as well as object planning and structural engineering planning for the operating building in accordance with §§ 34ff and Appendix 10 HOAI and §§ 51ff and Appendix 14 HOAI. The tender includes the following components: - Basic services of service phases 5 to 8 - Object planning of the operating building - Structural engineering planning of the operating building. All services must be covered by an offer from the bidder or a bidders’ consortium.
