TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the planning services for the construction and commissioning of a heat pump at the sewage treatment plant with a thermal output of approx. 13 MW, which draws heat from the treated sewage water and connects it to the district heating network. The scope of services includes the basic services of service phases 5 to 8 pursuant to §§ 55ff and Appendix 12 HOAI for the plant itself, as well as object planning and structural engineering for the operating building pursuant to §§ 34ff and Appendix 10 HOAI and §§ 51ff and Appendix 14 HOAI. The tender includes the following components: - Basic services of service phases 5 to 8 - Object planning of the operating building - Structural engineering for the operating building.
