TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the strategic realignment of civil protection for danger response and the supply of the population based on needs in the city of Mannheim, a framework agreement is to be concluded with general planners for the planning services (buildings and interior spaces, technical equipment (system groups 1-8), structural engineering, transport facilities planning, building physics (thermal protection and energy balancing, building acoustics, room acoustics, sound insulation), civil engineering structures (groups 1, 2, 4, 6, 7; the number of groups may vary depending on the site), fire protection as well as other site-specific specialist planning for special uses (such as, for example, a breathing apparatus training range, a live-fire training hall), which require special evidence) for the construction of fire stations and a population protection centre (including extensive ancillary uses) over a period of 6 years. The planning is to be carried out iteratively and in a system-open manner across all 6 sites in modular construction.
