TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the cleaning of glass, glass façades and shutters, the daily glass cleaning as well as special glass cleaning at the Paul-Löbe-House (PLH) of the German Bundestag in Berlin-Mitte in accordance with the intervals and procedures specified by the contracting authority (AG). The PLH is a very large building complex. The building, which is around 200 metres long and 102 metres wide, is intended primarily for three areas of work of the German Bundestag: the committees, public relations and central visitor care. This places high demands on the representative appearance. The scope of services includes glass cleaning with frames, glass façade cleaning, cleaning of the lifts, cleaning of the glass roof of the hall, daily glass cleaning and special cleaning. A total cleaning area of 113,391.25 m² is to be cleaned. Please refer to Section 6 of the service description for the breakdown of the cleaning areas.
